Refund policy

NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
At Time Capsule Creations, each item is handcrafted and made-to-order with your specific event and preferences in mind. Because our products are uniquely tailored for each customer, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or exchanges. Once production has begun, all sales are final.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY

All sales of digital items—including downloads, templates, and planning tools—are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Because these products are delivered electronically and available for immediate use, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges. 

EMAIL DELIVERY DISCLAIMER: Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your order. Once the files have been sent, we are unable to resend to a different email, issue refunds, exchanges, or replacements. If you notice an error in your email address, contact us as soon as possible—we will make every effort to correct it before your files are delivered.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders (other than digital products) may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started, and cancellation will not be possible. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your request.

PERSONALIZATION ERRORS: class="MsoNoSpacing">If we make an error in the personalization of your item, we will provide a replacement of the same item with the corrected personalization. No exchanges or refunds will be issued — replacements are the only remedy available for personalization mistakes made on our end.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:
While we take great care to package your order securely and ship it promptly, Time Capsule Creations is not responsible for missing orders, carrier delays, or damage that occurs during shipping. Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping provider. Please note that shipping issues do not qualify for returns or refunds.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS & RETURNED PACKAGES.                                       

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the returned package, please allow up to 1 week for it to be reprocessed and reshipped. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at timecapsulecreationsllc@gmail.com. While we’ll do our best to assist, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or rerouted, and any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
