At Time Capsule Creations, each order is handled with care to ensure your custom celebration essentials arrive as expected. Please review the following information regarding processing times and shipping.

PROCESSING TIME                                                                                                  Custom Made-to-Order Items: All of our handcrafted products are made-to-order with attention to detail and creativity. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for production and preparation prior to shipping. Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Digital Products: All samples will be sent to the email address provided within 3 - 5 days from the date you provide the specifications, excluding weekends and holidays. The final product will be sent once you approve the sample. (No physical product will be shipped). EMAIL DELIVERY DISCLAIMER: Please double-check your email address before completing your order. Once files are sent, we’re unable to send to a different email, offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away—we’ll do our best to correct it before your files are emailed.

CHANGES TO ORDERS                                                                                                      If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out to us at Timecapsulecreationsllc@gmail.com as soon as possible or within 24 hours. While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, changes are not guaranteed once production has started or the item has been shipped. SHIPPING RATES:                                                                                                  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on the shipping method you select and your destination. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window once your order has been shipped.

ORDER TRACKING                                                                                                           As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You may use this number to follow your shipment’s progress until it arrives.
