RETURN & REFUND POLICY

NO RETURNS: 

At Time Capsule Creations, each item is handcrafted and made-to-order with your specific event and preferences in mind. Because our products are uniquely tailored for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds. Once production has begun, all sales are final.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY: 

All sales of digital items—including but not limited to downloads, templates, and planning tools are final and non-refundable. As these products are available for immediate access and use. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds under any circumstances.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Orders (other than digital products) may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started, and cancellation may not be possible. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your request.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE): 

Although we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if eligible, offer an exchange for the same item or a suitable correction.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: 

While we take great care to package your order securely and ship it promptly, Time Capsule Creations is not responsible for missing orders, carrier delays, or damage that occur during shipping. Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping provider. Please note that shipping issues do not qualify for returns or refunds.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS & RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the returned package, please allow up to 1 week for it to be reprocessed and reshipped. PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING 

DETAILS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. 

Double check your Name, Address, and any spelling associated with your order. We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer. 

If you realize there is an error in your order or shipping information, contact us immediately at info@timecapsulecreations.com. While we’ll do our best to assist, orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed, canceled or rerouted, and any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
