At Time Capsule Creations, each order is handled with care to ensure your custom celebration essentials arrive as expected. Please review the following information regarding processing times and shipping. 

Processing Time

• Custom Made-to-Order Items:
  All of our handcrafted products are made-to-order with attention to detail and creativity. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production and preparation prior to shipping. Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
• Digital Products:
  Digital products are available for instant download as soon as payment is confirmed. A download link will be sent immediately to the email address provided at checkout. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for Digital Products.

Changes to Orders

• If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out to us at info@timecapsulecreations.comas soon as possible or within 24 hours. While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, changes are not guaranteed once production has started or the item has been shipped. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
• Delivery timeframes will vary depending on the shipping method you select and your destination. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window once your order has been shipped.
