All design elements will be organized for optimal design purposes.
Allow 3 to 5 days for a sample to be emailed. You'll have one opportunity to make minor changes (font size, element removed). Significant changes will incur an additional cost.

- Product Contains Choking Hazard - Non-edible Parts
- DO NOT OPEN the plastic shaker. The items inside the plastic shaker are not edible and contain small parts that pose a choking hazard, especially for young children. If giving this item to a child, adult supervision is required at all times.
- For safety, we recommend removing the shaker from the can before allowing children to handle the item.

- All items are handmade and will ship within 3 - 5 weeks from the date the design is approved, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Priority shipping does not reduce processing time; it only speeds up delivery once your order has shipped. Need it sooner? Email us for possible rush options.
- SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: While we take great care to package your order securely and ship it promptly, Time Capsule Creations is not responsible for missing orders, carrier delays, or damage that occurs during shipping. Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping provider. Please note that shipping issues do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Storage & Handling
- Keep Cool & Dry: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
- Handle with Care: Avoid bending, crushing, or placing heavy objects on the favors to protect the printed designs and contents.
- Avoid Refrigeration: Do not refrigerate or freeze unless recommended by the original food manufacturer. Moisture and condensation may damage the personalized wrappers.
- Protect from Heat: Chocolate and certain candies may melt or become damaged when exposed to high temperatures.
Food Freshness & Expiration
- Check Expiration Dates: Always follow the expiration or best-by date printed on the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Do Not Store for Extended Periods: Personalized favors containing chips, candy, or chocolate are intended to be enjoyed within a reasonable time. Do not save filled favors indefinitely as keepsakes, because the food inside may become stale or expire.
- Original Packaging: If the treats remain in their original sealed packaging, follow the manufacturer's storage instructions and expiration dates.
- Consume Promptly: For the best taste and freshness, enjoy the treats soon after your event, while still within the manufacturer's recommended date.
- Food Safety: Decorative paper wrappers are not intended for direct contact with unwrapped food unless specifically designated food-safe.
Important Reminder
Personalized wrappers may be kept as keepsakes, but the edible contents should not be stored or displayed indefinitely. If you wish to preserve your favor as a memory, remove the food before it expires and keep only the decorative packaging.
