1. Customize Your Own — Simple Designs Included

Have an idea in mind? Share your preferred theme, colors, wording, or inspiration, and we'll create a simple custom design at no additional charge.

2. Premium Design — New Custom Artwork: Additional $10.00

Designs requiring detailed artwork, complex layouts, or extensive design work will incur an additional $10 design fee. We'll confirm any additional charges before design work begins.

If you're requesting a new design that is not already being created for another product in the same order, select the Premium Design option for your first sheet.

Ordering multiple sheets? Select Premium Design for one sheet only, then select Custom Design for all additional sheets using the same artwork.

The Premium Design fee is charged only once per design.

Ordering Matching Products?

If Time Capsule Creations is already creating a design for another product in the same order, we can use that same design for your wine or champagne labels at the regular $16.99 per sheet, with no additional design fee. Select the "custom design" option. 

★How to Personalize★

Please provide the following information when placing your order:

• Name(s) or occasion

• Age or milestone (if applicable)

• Event date (optional)

• Personalized wording

• Preferred colors or theme

• Inspiration image or artwork upload (if applicable)

Please double-check spelling, names, and dates before submitting your order.

★Design Revisions★

One round of minor revisions is included, such as small wording, font-size, or color adjustments.

Major design changes, additional revisions, or requests for a completely different design may incur an additional charge.

★Care Instructions★

Our labels are printed on glossy adhesive sticker paper with a water-resistant finish.

• Apply to a clean, smooth, completely dry bottle.

• Gently smooth the label to prevent wrinkles and air bubbles.

• Wipe carefully with a dry cloth if necessary.

• Do not soak, submerge in water, or place in ice buckets.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.

• For decorative and display purposes only.

Water-resistant does not mean fully waterproof or submersible.

Original designs created by Time Capsule Creations remain the intellectual property of Time Capsule Creations. We reserve the right to reuse, modify, or offer these designs for future sales.

Customer-provided artwork, copyrighted images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any third-party artwork submitted for printing.

★Processing & Shipping ★

Items will ship within 3 - 5 weeks from the date the design is approved, excluding weekends and holidays.

Priority shipping does not reduce processing time; it only speeds up delivery once your order has shipped.
